Tracy Williams, MS, PT

Tracy Williams, MS, PT has been a practicing physical therapist in the Dallas Area since 1990. Tracy received her physical therapy degree and Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from Texas Woman’s University.

Tracy specializes in spine rehabilitation and has enhanced her manual therapy skills through multiple continuing education courses and completing an eight-month spine fellowship program while practicing at the Tom Landry Center. Additionally, Tracy is a certified Pilates instructor. Pilates is a core stabilization program designed to strengthen trunk musculature as well as improve the flexibility of the extremities.

As a mother of two children, Tracy knows first hand the physical strain women endure during and after pregnancy. Tracy’s experience with women’s health issues has provided her with a unique ability to work with women during all three stages of their pregnancy in relieving back and neck pain, as well as providing ergonomic instruction on bending and lifting once the baby is born. Tracy has earned a reputation as one of the finest manual therapists in the Metroplex.

In her leisure time, Tracy enjoys playing golf, cycling, and scuba diving with her husband, Ed.
