Athletic Performance Training
Pinnacle Performance is designed for athletes of all sports and athletic abilities, from the recreational golfer to the elite professional baseball player. Our goal is to maximize athletic performance with our individualized educational approach to performance training. We specialize in sport specific programs that are custom built to meet the goals and needs of today’s athletes, coaches and parents. This philosophy ensures the effectiveness and safety of each training workout as well as the overall quality of our Performance Training program.
Training Specific*
This program begins by meeting each athlete and their parents to discuss their goals. Based on this conversation, a training program is designed and the first session is scheduled. Training programs can include specialty training such as football combine prep, strength and power development, speed mechanics, agility, balance, injury prevention and general fitness.
Bridge Program*
This program is specifically geared towards athletes that have been rehabilitating an injury and released from physical therapy, but are not quite ready to step back into the sports arena. We will meet with each athlete and their parents to discuss their injury and current rehab program and then design a training plan that will bridge the gap between rehab and competitive athletics.
*Each program has a staff to athlete ratio of no more than 1:3. This small group setting optimizes individual attention and demands that each athlete focus on achieving their goals.
Camps
Camps are designed based on the goals and needs of athletic teams or groups of athletes with similar demands. All camps will be held outside of our facility on the appropriate athletic surface. Camps can include:

- Football Combine Prep
- Speed & Agility Mechanics
About Frank Ceresoli
Frank Ceresoli, a strength and speed coach, is the performance coordinator at Pinnacle Performance. Frank has been involved in sports medicine and performance training for over 10 years and has trained hundreds of high school, collegiate and elite professional athletes in sport specific speed mechanics, strength development and injury prevention. He specializes in custom designed training programs that maximize athletic performance and injury prevention. Franks background includes:
