Frank, a strength and speed coach, leads the Athletic Performance Training Program at Pinnacle Physical Therapy. Frank earned his Master of Science from Texas Woman’s University in Kinesiology and is a certified and licensed athletic trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist, performance enhancement specialist and certified personal trainer. He has been involved in sports medicine and performance training for over 10 years. A former Director of Sports Training at Cris Carter’s FAST Program in South Florida, Frank has trained hundreds of high school, collegiate and elite professional athletes in sport specific speed mechanics, strength development and injury prevention. His highlights include producing the #2 overall NFL Draft pick in 2003 and training the IBF Light Heavyweight Champion, Glen Johnson, in his victory fight over Roy Jones Jr. Frank stays fit through strength training, running and tennis and enjoys the competition of adventure racing and marathons.
