We are in-network with a number of insurance plans. To determine your responsibility of payment, contact your insurance company or the office manager at the clinic you attend – we will be happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Before your first visit we will verify coverage and benefits with your insurance company. As a courtesy to you, we will also file your insurance claims on your behalf.
